If you remember the chewy Eatmore bars from childhood, this recipe delivers a similar texture and flavor but in a healthier format. The base is a blend of dates and nuts for natural sweetness and chewiness, while the top is a rich, banana-almond fudge that tastes indulgent without refined sugar.
