Heading to Maine for a Running Adventure

Today is National Running Day, and I’d like to celebrate by sharing the exciting news about my next race.

I’ll be running the Beach to Beacon 10K in Cape Elizabeth, Maine — a beautiful coastal race I’ve dreamed of doing for years.

Yes — I’m finally going to Maine! This trip has been a long-time dream for us, and I’m thrilled Eric is coming along. We actually considered Cape Elizabeth for our honeymoon, but at the time we chose to save and stay closer to home. Now I get to combine travel, a vacation vibe, and a great race all in one.

I’m incredibly excited to be traveling and racing with Cabot Cheese as part of the Cabot Fit Team. It’s an honor to represent a brand I’ve used and loved for years while meeting other runners and food bloggers who are passionate about healthy living and fitness.

I’ve been a longtime fan of Cabot cheese and Greek yogurt in my cooking and everyday meals. Their products are staples in my kitchen, and I often feature simple recipes and ideas that use them. Being part of the Cabot Fit Team lets me combine two things I love: running and wholesome food. I’m looking forward to sharing training updates, recipes, and race-day stories as we prepare for Beach to Beacon.

I’ve already connected with several of the women on the team through their blogs and social channels, and I’m excited to follow everyone’s training and recipes leading up to the race. It will be great to finally meet many of them in person in Maine.
